- Export 300–500 contacts
- Build a Crunchbase list using funding triggers
- Create Google Alerts for relevant industry keywords
- Find review-based triggers from G2, Capterra, or Repa.ai
Step 2: Clean & Merge Your Data
- Merge all data sources into one master Google Sheet
- Remove duplicates and irrelevant contacts
- Keep only useful fields like name, job title, company, LinkedIn URL, email, source, trigger type, location, and company size
Step 3: Filter with AI
- Add your ICP criteria into Claude, Coworks, or n8n
- Score each prospect as Qualified, Maybe, or Disqualified
- Split the final list into LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaign sheets
