Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy:
- For B2B lead generation services, we provide a 15-day free trial. After completion of the free trial, a detailed proposal will be shared. Once the proposal is accepted and payment is made, customers have 7 days to raise a refund request to receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
Exemptions:
- Refunds are not applicable after the specified 7-day period post-payment for B2B lead generation services.
- Services already consumed or fully delivered are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can request cancellation of services within 7 days of accepting our service agreement or proposal.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our customer support team along with your order details.
